This place is absolutely incredible! The flat is so spacious and the garden is just stunning. The modern furnishings give it a super trendy vibe, and the shower is mind-blowing! The area is so peaceful and within walking distance to all the shops, pubs, restaurants, and the beautiful loch. The bus route and train station nearby make exploring so easy. Plus, all the locals we met were the friendliest people ever! The beds are really comfortable too, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The host was so accommodating and helpful with all our questions. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to everyone!

In our opinion, it’s a relaxing base for travelling to Balloch.

we had a warm stay in balloch just off a quiet residential area, close to the station and a short walk to the loch, and all the attractions in balloch great big play park at top of the road. bedrooms where excellant with comfortable beds. the bathroom was excellent and lovely here. the location itself was marvellous down the river.

Always stay here when I visit. The staff are helpful and kind, especially when they helped my elderly parents. Perfect for me, with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, no pets allowed, and no smoking. Coming back soon for another trip.

The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with kitchen supplies and a hair dryer. the big back garden was a nice addition. the TV with Netflix, although it had a minor issue one evening, provided entertainment for my child. the nearby children's park was a great attraction.

I was thrilled to see garden views from the apartment. The towels offered were a nice touch. It was like staying at a fancy hotel, but without room service or a concierge.

Who needs a museum or a university nearby when I can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden from the apartment? So overrated.

Parking can be difficult in the residential area. Noise from the flat upstairs could be heard.

The apartment was spacious and had a fantastic shower. The beds were really comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the host was very accommodating and helpful in answering our questions prior to our stay.

Parking was a major issue as there were no designated spots and we were constantly being asked to move our car by the neighbors. The noise from the upstairs apartment was noticeable but not unbearable.

We had a last-minute change of plans and ended up at this cozy two-bedroom flat in a residential area. the location was great, with some really nice restaurants nearby and it was close to the train station. the flat itself was spacious and clean, with modern furnishings and a fantastic shower. We also enjoyed the private garden and the option to watch Netflix on the TV. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One small issue was the noise from other residents in the building, as the walls were quite thin.

We had a last-minute cancellation and were redirected to Beautiful Two Bedroom Flat By the Loch. the host was very helpful and provided clear communication about key collection. the flat itself was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the fact that it was warm and cozy. the location was perfect, with a park just around the corner and plenty of amenities nearby. Our kid especially enjoyed the Netflix access and the nearby children's park. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. Cons: Nothing not to love. 😊.
